TASNEE- Expanding and Modification of Laboratory Building (SABUCO)

GCC has planned this project in order to accommodate the need of TASNEE for additional building facility to support their plant laboratory daily processing work.

The company decided to build a laboratory extension of two (2) store building with approximately 822 square meter floor area, the building is design to have the required facilities as mentioned in the Scope of Work and tie-in to the existing utilities within the company area designated by TASNEE.

The Project Site is located within the Jubail Industrial City Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within TASNEE Company premises. Work shall include the provision of all supervision, labor, plant, tools, equipments, materials, testing & commissioning, technical and professional services including detailed design and shop drawings for construction of Sabuco Laboratory Building.
