AL-BAYRONI Urea Operator And Restroom

GCC was awarded the construction of the following new facilities:

1. Construction of New Operator Room for Urea Plant similar to the old one demolished to accommodate the TGU project. The Operator Room is classified as non-blast resistant Group B facility as per SES-B01-E03
2. Rest Room for Urea Bagging workers at Urea Bagging Area. The Rest Room is classified as general building Group A as per SES-B01-E03.

GCC carry out initial site  survey to confirm the location with Albayroni, establish the underground utilities interference and relocation if necessary. GCC develop the design drawings based on Albayroni requirements and initial data gathered along with scope of work as mentioned in contract document. The scope of construction and supply was based on Albayroni approved design drawings and requirements.
